BTC Holds on as Traders Mull the Current Market
Scroll DownBitcoin (BTC)
Bitcoin recently broke above the 50-day SMA ($46,633) on October 1, but bears flooded in to stall the price action around the $48,800 price level. However, the price remains above the 20-day EMA ($45,141) and the relative strength index nearing 70 means that bullish action may still be on the way. If the resistance near the current price is broken, Bitcoin could see a rally bringing the price near the $53,000 resistance level. Otherwise, the price could retreat towards $40,000.
Terra (LUNA)
Terra has seen an upward trend since this year and has been moving sideways between $25 and $45 since mid September. Currently, Terra sits at about $45. We expect to see movement downward, but another positive push off the support level at $25 could signal bullish sentiment. If LUNA breaks the psychological level at $50, the token may continue upwards to $65.
Cosmos (ATOM)
Cosmos defended its $32.32 price tag on September 29, suggesting that ATOM sentiment remains optimistic and bulls are accumulating. ATOM pushed above the 20-day EMA ($35.88) on September 30, but price momentum appears weak. The sideways movement indicates that bears are selling on rallies. If the token gains momentum, it could rally near the $45 resistance level. If it fails to gain momentum, the price could fall to the $28 support.
Tezos (XTZ)
Tezos saw a bounce off the 50-day SMA ($5.50) on September 29, and bulls pushed above the 20-day EMA ($6.40) on September 30. Both moving averages are trending upwards, and the relative strength index indicates that bulls are still in control. If bulls are able to maintain the $8.02 support level, it could signal a new uptrend.
Axie Infinity (AXS)
Axie Infinity blew away all expectations when it rocketed above its all-time high of $94.67 on October 1. AXS has had difficulty breaking the resistance at $120, but the 20-day EMA ($77) is trending up and the relative strength index shows bullish sentiment. If the bulls succeed, we expect the price to approach $150. If the bears turn AXS around, the price could approach the $77 EMA.
